Maison de Kristine Shipping Policy
Larger, heavier, or fragile products must ship white glove delivery. This specific delivery service will be selected for you at the time of checkout.
5. White glove service is a premier service and includes scheduling an appointment, residential delivery to a room of choice, light assembly, and removal of debris. This service is an additional $450. You will receive a call from the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. Your responsibility is to ensure that the product will fit into the respective door frame or elevator shaft. The white glove delivery does not include professional installation of lighting or stabilizing more oversized items by securing them to a wall (shelving/mirrors, etc.)
6. Refunds and Returns. Please note that all products must be opened and inspected at delivery time, and the delivery receipt stated appropriately.
You have the right to refuse delivery if the product was damaged in transit. This allows Maison de Kristine to pursue a carrier claim on your behalf for any freight/handling damages and assist with a repair or replacement. However, if products are accepted as good and the carrier released, all freight/handling damages become the responsibility of the customer and Maison de Kristine will be unable to assist with replacement/repair or refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Maison de Kristine is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).
